Builders II had a long experience with this family, having remodeled for the father on two occasions. When the son purchased this property for their forever home he sought to continue that tradition. The lot had set fallow for years and was considered unbuildable. We worked with Tim Adams Studio to achieve the client’s goals of a home for his growing family. The rear faces a zero edge pool that draws your eye to the pond, and then to the horse pastures beyond. Especially dramatic is the contrast of the refined millwork against the reclaimed heart pine floors. As a testament to our success the client recently called us back to finish the basement.
